Eligibility for Refunds

To be eligible for a refund:

  • The item must be unused and in the same condition you received it.
  • It must be in the original packaging with all accessories, manuals, and documentation.
  • Your request must be made within 7 days of receiving the item.
  • You must present a valid proof of purchase (receipt, invoice, or order ID).

Non-Refundable Items​

The following items are non-refundable:

  • Digital products (e.g., software licenses, digital downloads)
  • Opened or used headphones, earbuds, or personal audio equipment
  • Items damaged after delivery
  • Items sold as “final sale” or “non-returnable”
  • Gift cards

How to Request a Refund

To initiate a refund request:

  1. Email our support team at returns@gadgeteleven.com

  2. Include your order number and reason for return.

  3. Wait for a return authorization and instructions before sending back the product.

Do not return items to the manufacturer directly.

Refund Process & Timelines

Once we receive your returned item:

  • It will be inspected within 3 business days.
  • If approved, your refund will be processed via your original payment method.
  • Depending on your bank or card provider, the refund may take 5–10 business days to reflect.

Shipping & Return Costs

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product was defective or wrongly delivered.

  • If an item is returned due to our error, we’ll cover return shipping.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund:

  1. Check your bank account again.

  2. Contact your credit card company — it may take time before your refund is officially posted.

  3. If you’ve done all this and still haven’t received your refund, please contact us at returns@gadgeteleven.com

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon arrival. If you need to exchange it for the same item, contact us at returns@gadgeteleven.com within 48 hours of receiving the product.
