Shipping Coverage

We currently ship to all 36 states and the FCT in Nigeria.
International delivery is available to selected countries — contact us for eligibility before placing an international order.

Order Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays).

  • Orders placed after 4 PM or on weekends will be processed the next business day.

  • During high-volume periods (e.g., Black Friday, sales promos), order processing may take longer.

Shipping Costs

Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped:

  • A tracking number will be sent to your email or phone.

  • You can track your order via our logistics partner’s tracking page or through your Gadget Eleven account.

Delivery Issues

If your package is:

  • Delayed: Please allow an extra 1–2 business days. Contact us if the delay exceeds that.

  • Lost in transit: Notify us within 72 hours after the expected delivery date.

  • Damaged: Inspect your order upon delivery. If the item is damaged or wrong, contact us immediately at support@gadgeteleven.com with proof (photos and order ID).

We are not responsible for failed deliveries due to incorrect shipping information provided by the customer.

International Shipping

  • International delivery is currently limited to select countries.

  • Customs, duties, or taxes applicable upon arrival are the sole responsibility of the customer.

  • Gadget Eleven is not responsible for any customs-related delays.
